Dwight, the founder and lead trainer of Sunday School/Home Group Trainers, which offers training, coaching, and consultation for small group leaders in churches of all sizes, began his Christian education ministry as an adult Sunday School teacher. After a few years, he stepped into the role of his church’s Sunday School director. Little did he know that through that role, God would give him a passion for Christian education as he read and studied Sunday School to equip himself for the job at hand.

In 1996, Dwight realized a call on his life to full-time vocational ministry and returned to Bible College to obtain a B.S.in Christian Education from Mid-Continent University.

He has served churches in the states of Kentucky, Washington, and Alabama by leading their small group ministries, among other responsibilities. Dwight has trained small group leaders for LifeWay Christian Resources, many local churches, and state conventions in 16 states plus leaders in 4 foreign countries.

Dwight is married to Zannie. They have 3 grown children and 4 beautiful granddaughters.
